Refund Policy

The short version

Cancel or reschedule at least 5 business days before your agreed project kickoff and we'll refund or move your booking in full. Cancel closer to kickoff, and a partial fee applies. Once we've delivered a first draft, the package fee is no longer refundable — but your revision rounds still apply, exactly as scoped. Retainers can be cancelled any time with 30 days' notice.

EU consumers — 14-day withdrawal right

If you're an EU consumer (ordering as an individual, not a registered business, for purposes outside any trade or profession), you have the statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason, for a full refund. Because our kickoff brief and drafting process typically begins before that 14-day window ends, we'll ask you to give express consent, at checkout, for us to start work before the withdrawal period expires. If you give that consent and later withdraw after work has started, you'll be charged in proportion to the work already completed at the point you withdraw, and the balance refunded. If you don't give that consent, we simply won't begin work until the 14-day period has passed.

Business customers — cancellation & rescheduling

For orders placed as a registered business (the default for most of our customers): you can cancel or reschedule your project free of charge up to 5 business days before the agreed kickoff date. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 5 business days' notice retains 50% of the package fee; the remaining 50% is refunded.

Once a first draft is delivered

Once we've delivered the first full draft against your brief, the package fee becomes non-refundable — but every revision round included in your package still applies in full. This reflects that the majority of the work (research, strategy and drafting) is already complete at that point.

Monthly retainers

Retainer packages (Email Retainer, Always-On Retainer, and the SEO Content tiers) can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. The current month's fee is not refunded pro-rata, but no further months are billed after your notice period ends.
