The method, in full.

Four stages. The same ones, every project, every service — so you know what happens between your brief and your final draft.

01Brief — What needs to convert, and what “working” looks like.
02Draft — The full scope, written against the brief — never a template.
03Revise — Your stated rounds, used to sharpen, not to start over.
04Deliver — Docs + Markdown, full IP transfer, ready to ship.

01

Brief

Every project starts with a written kickoff questionnaire, not a call you have to schedule around. You tell us the audience, the offer, what's already been tried, and what “done” actually needs to achieve. For relaunches, we also audit what's currently live. This is the stage that answers the objection buyers have going in: a fixed price only works if we take the time to actually understand your business inside that scope — the brief is how that happens, and the stated revision rounds exist precisely so a first draft that misses the mark isn't the end of the conversation.

02

Draft

We write the full scope in one pass, informed by the brief — strategy first, sentences second. For a website or landing page, that means deciding what each page's one job is before anyone writes a headline. For email or ad copy, it means mapping the sequence or the set of angles before drafting a single line. Delivered in Google Docs, so feedback happens as comments in context, not in a separate email thread.

03

Revise

Every package states its number of revision rounds up front — never “unlimited,” always a number, because an unscoped promise of unlimited revisions is usually a sign the first draft wasn't taken seriously. A revision is a line edit, a restructure, or a tightening pass within the brief you gave us. A materially different brief is a new scope, not a revision — see the policy below.

04

Deliver

Final copy is exported to Markdown alongside the working Google Doc, so it drops straight into a CMS or a developer's hands without reformatting. Full IP transfer happens on final payment — the words are yours to use, edit and republish however you like, from that point on.

Revision policy

Tier band Rounds Counts as a revision Doesn't count
Entry tiers1–2Line edits, tone adjustments, restructuring within the briefA new brief, added pages, a different offer
Mid tiers2–3Same, applied across the full scopeScope additions beyond what was briefed
Top tiers3Same, plus structural passesA second, unrelated project
RetainersPer-itemEdits to that item within its own briefCarrying unused rounds over

A scope change outside these bounds is priced as a change order or a new package — never silently absorbed into “one more round,” and never refused outright either.

What we need from you

  • A completed kickoff brief — the more specific, the faster the first draft lands close to right.
  • Access to your existing site or brand assets, if this is a relaunch.
  • One point of contact for feedback, so revision notes don't arrive from three directions at once.
  • Revision notes consolidated into a single round per pass, not scattered across separate emails.

Tooling & handover

Google Docsdrafting and revisions. Markdownfinal delivery.

No project-management software, no client portal login required — feedback happens as comments on a shared document, and the final handoff is a plain file.
