Who these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase made through launchcopywriter.com, and to any custom-scope engagement agreed separately in writing (including by email). By placing an order or accepting a custom-scope quote, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Launch Copywriter sells fixed-scope, fixed-price copywriting packages across six services (Website Copywriting, Landing Page Copywriting, Brand Messaging & Voice, Email Copywriting, Ad & Social Copywriting, SEO Content & Blog Copywriting), each offered in the tiers, at the prices, and with the inclusions published on the relevant service page and on /pricing/ at the time of your order. Custom-scope engagements outside these packages are agreed and priced individually before work begins.

How an order is formed

An order is placed by completing checkout, or, for a custom scope, by accepting a written quote from us. A contract is formed once we confirm your order (by email, on placing an order through checkout, or in writing for a custom scope) — not merely by items sitting in your cart.

Scope, briefs and revisions

Every package is delivered against a kickoff brief you provide after ordering. Deliverables, turnaround and the number of revision rounds are exactly as stated on the package you purchased. A revision is a line edit, restructure or tightening pass on the delivered draft within the original brief. Work that falls outside the original brief — a materially different brief, additional pages, or a different offer — is a new scope, quoted and agreed separately, not covered by the original package's revision rounds.

Delivery & intellectual property

Drafts are delivered via Google Docs during the writing and revision stages; final copy is delivered in Markdown. Until final payment is received in full, all drafts remain the intellectual property of Launch Copywriter and are licensed to you for review purposes only. Full intellectual property in the final delivered copy transfers to you on receipt of final payment.

Prices, currency and VAT

All prices are quoted in EUR, net of VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout according to the rules published on /pricing/: 27% for Hungarian customers; 0% (reverse charge) for EU businesses supplying a valid-format EU VAT ID; 27% by default for EU consumers and non-EU buyers. HUF figures shown anywhere on the site are indicative only and are never the invoiced amount.

Payment

Payment is due either by card at checkout or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice sent by email, as selected at checkout. For bank-transfer orders, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly retainer packages are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the brief and any brand, product or factual information you provide. We write from what we're told and from reasonable, clearly-flagged research; we are not liable for inaccuracies in copy that stem from inaccurate or incomplete information you supplied.

Liability

Our total liability arising from any order is capped at the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business opportunities) arising from your use of the delivered copy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Hungarian or EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute not resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your own country of residence as an EU consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Material changes are dated at the top of this page.
